Board Meetings
All FOPB members are welcome to attend the meetings of the board of directors. Meetings are tentatively scheduled for the second Wednesday of each month, at 7 PM at the Middleton Firehouse. Time and place are subject to change.

Committee Memberships
- Restoration and Management Committee includes Tom Bernthal, Ismat Bhuiyan, Guerdon Coombs, Susan Gruber chair, Emil Haney, Mark Horn, Tom Klein, Joleen Stinson, and Dan Wisniewski. The committee confers as needed with the City of Middleton Public Lands Department and Dane County Parks Department about restoration goals for upcoming work parties. Members meet four times a year to review goals and schedule work dates. For more information about the committee, call or email Susan Gruber 836-3848.
- Education Committee includes Dreux Watermolen, Colleen Fiest, Stephanie Williams, Trel Gimber and Deb Weitzel chair. This committee operates our educational programs with the assistance of Colleen Robinson Klug, our part-time education coordinator.
- Membership Committee is chaired by Joleen Stinson. Other
members include Dale Klubertanz and Michael Knapstein. This committee maintains the membership list, recruits new members, and plans
the annual dinner.
This committee also produces three newsletters a year and maintains the website.
- External Relations and Communications Committee is chaired by Dawn Meyer. Other members are Martin David and Dale Klubertanz. The committee monitors Conservancy-related matters before the Middleton Common Council as well as city boards and committees. It also monitors rules for Conservancy use by bikers, hikers, joggers, dog-walkers, etc. Committee members serve as liaisons with the Middleton Chamber of Commerce, neighborhood groups bordering the Conservancy and other grassroots conservation groups in the area.

- Fundraising Committee includes Bruce Froehlke, Dan Wisniewski, Stephanie Brouwer and Brian Butler.
- Special Events Committee includes Joleen Stinson, Mollie Rostad, Maureen Schwarz, Dale Klubertanz and Michael Knapstein. This committee puts on the annual photo contest, Capital Brewery fundraiser, and the phenology calendar.
- Executive Committee includes

Hagen Hedfield and Dale Klubertanz.
- Governance Committee includes Dawn Meyer, Martin David and Dale Klubertanz.
